We store account, profile, identity, access, transaction, learning progress, support and security data. Stripe processes full card details; BearCourse does not store them.
Why we use it
Data supports service delivery, fraud prevention, legal obligations, support and consented communications. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
Infrastructure, payment, video, email and error-monitoring providers receive only the data needed for their role under appropriate controls.
Retention
Data is retained for account, transaction, tax, dispute and security needs, then deleted or anonymized under the retention policy.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. Higher-risk requests require identity verification.
