1. Service scope
BearCourse provides tools to publish and learn online courses. Account holders must provide accurate information, protect account access and use the service lawfully.
2. Content access
Access can come from a free lesson, active membership or one-time purchase. Terms shown on the course and payment pages form part of the agreement. Redistribution or bypassing access controls is prohibited.
3. Payment and membership
Stripe processes payments. Membership renews on the cycle shown before confirmation until cancelled, with cancellation effective on the date shown in account billing.
4. Instructor and learner content
Instructors confirm they hold publishing rights. Unlawful, infringing, abusive or spam content may be moderated, with the reason recorded.
5. Availability
We operate for continuity and communicate material incidents, but maintenance and external providers can cause temporary interruption.
6. Changes and contact
Material changes create a new version with an effective date. Questions and lawful requests can be submitted through support.
